Social Media & Communications Specialist (US Centric) at PyjamaHR We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media & Communications Specialist (US Centric) to join our rapidly growing company, PyjamaHR. Our innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is currently used by over 5,000 companies and is on track to revolutionize the global hiring landscape. As a Social Media & Communications Specialist targeting the US audience, you will work closely with our marketing leadership team to develop and execute strategies across various channels, including social media, push notifications, email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app messaging and performance marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue, focusing on the US audience.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos and infographics, ensuring it is tailored to resonate with the US audience.
• Manage and optimize push notification, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and In-app messaging campaigns to drive user engagements, retention and revenue.
• Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and market to ensure that all marketing initiatives are relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales and analytics, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media, communications and performance marketing, specifically targeting the US audience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a focus on targeting the US audience
• 1-3 years of experience in social media, email and performance marketing, with a focus on push notifications, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to the US audience.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns
• Experience working in a product-based industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media management tools, marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
