: Social Media - Client Servicing & Film Production
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Industry Preference: Media, Entertainment, Advertising, TV or Film Agencies only
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong client coordination skills -- ability to understand client briefs end-to-end and ensure timely execution.
- Experience working with digital influencers, TV/film talent, and managing their deliverables.
- Passionate about client servicing and building strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends in digital entertainment.
- Excellent knowledge of production processes - including planning, organizing, and executing shoots.
- Ability to handle shoot coordination end-to-end:
? Planning shoot timelines
? Coordinating with talent/influencers
? Booking crew, locations, equipment
? Overseeing on-ground execution
? Managing post-production timelines
- Coordinating between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Efficient data and content management - storage, tracking, and retrieval of production and client files.
- Support all areas of production - before, during, and after shoots.
- Supervise and manage the production team - directors, editors, writers, stylists, and other staff.
- Handle administrative tasks related to ongoing productions.
