We are looking for a proactive and creative Manager who can handle our company's social media platforms and manage client relationships. The candidate should have prior experience in creating engaging online content, boosting brand visibility, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content, posts, reels, and campaigns for brand awareness.
Handle client queries, build strong relationships, and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and service delivery.
Monitor and analyze social media insights to improve performance.
Maintain professionalism in client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration (preferred).
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
Good knowledge of social media trends and tools.
Ability to manage clients professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
