Your Responsibilities:
Convert provided campaign objectives into platform-specific content and execution plans
Draft post copy, suggest visual directions, and plan platform-wise content calendars
Prepare all posts, captions, and media assets needed for social media campaigns
Generate engaging
AI-based Reels and videos
using tools like Runway, Pika, Freepik, Kaiber, or similar
Create sub-strategies where needed to improve campaign reach and engagement
Ensure all content aligns with campaign goals, brand tone, and visual standards
Schedule posts, manage the content calendar, and track approvals
Use insights from Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Suite to monitor and evaluate post performance
Share reports highlighting key results such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media content and ad campaigns.
Proven ability to independently handle full campaign lifecycle--from planning to performance review.
Proficiency in one or more platform ad interfaces (Instagram Ads via Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
Sound understanding of social media marketing terminology and campaign setup workflows.
Ability to interpret platform analytics and generate actionable recommendations.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and initiative.
