Role Description :
As a
Business Development & Social Media Growth Specialist
at Turing Labs, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our digital presence. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving client acquisition
by applying to projects across multiple platforms with tailored outreach pitches.
Generating and qualifying leads
, including identifying potential clients, extracting emails, and executing targeted outreach campaigns.
Scaling Turing Labs' Twitter/X presence
within 1-2 months through strategic content, engaging threads, and active community interaction.
Creating and repurposing content
across LinkedIn and other platforms to establish thought leadership and brand authority.
Tracking outreach and engagement
using CRM tools, while maintaining structured workflows for follow-ups and client communication.
Collaborating with the founder and core team
to refine growth strategies, optimize outreach methods, and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications :
Proven skills in
lead generation, outreach, or business development
.
Experience with
Twitter/X and LinkedIn growth strategies
- with evidence of growing accounts or communities.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.
Ability to
write engaging content
(tweets, threads, short posts, mini case studies).
Familiarity with tools like
Hunter.io, Apollo, Notion/CRM, or email automation tools
.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts daily.
Creative, resourceful, and
comfortable working independently in a remote setup
.
Preferred (but not required):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in
agency environments, B2B SaaS, or digital product growth
.
