Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven

SMO Specialist

to join our digital marketing team in

Patna

. The ideal candidate should have

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in managing and growing social media platforms to build brand awareness, engagement, and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

social media strategies

aligned with business goals. Manage company pages on platforms such as

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

. Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content. Monitor user engagement and respond to comments/messages promptly. Analyze campaign performance using

social media analytics tools

. Work with designers and content writers to create attractive posts, reels, and stories. Optimize social media accounts for increased visibility and SEO. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing. Run and manage

paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram

when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in

social media optimization/management

. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Proficiency in tools like

Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite

. Good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of

hashtags, algorithms, and post-performance metrics

. Basic knowledge of SEO and graphic editing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

paid promotions and boosting posts

. Knowledge of influencer marketing and online reputation management (ORM). Familiarity with

Google Analytics

and

Facebook Insights
