Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive who can handle our brand's online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for account handling, content creation, editing, and implementing effective social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage and monitor company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

? Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, carousels) in line with the brand identity.

? Edit photos and videos for high-quality social media output.

? Develop and implement creative social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

? Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and prepare monthly reports.

? Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

? Coordinate with internal teams to align social media campaigns with marketing goals.

? Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain audience engagement.

Qualifications & Skills Required

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

? Proven experience in social media account management and content creation (Internship/Freelance experience acceptable for freshers).

? Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).

? Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.

? Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.

? Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
