Responsibilities
Develop, curate, and schedule engaging social media content (text, image, video, and multimedia) across platforms.
Manage, monitor, and optimize performance across all social media channels.
Create and implement effective social media and influencer campaigns aligned with overall brand goals.
Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns.
Assist in influencer collaborations and brand promotions.
Coordinate influencer collaborations including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, technologies, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with the creative team (copywriters and designers) as well as the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Track performance metrics and provide regular reports and constructive feedback to optimize campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
Proven experience managing
influencer marketing campaigns
end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, etc.
Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar is a plus.
Creative mindset with an eye for trends and aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
