Role Overview

We're seeking a

creative , AI-driven social media professional

who will manage content creation, publishing, and growth across

Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X

for our brands.

This role blends

execution (hands-on content production)

with

management (owning performance, experimenting, and reporting)

. You'll leverage

AI tools

to drive efficiency, creativity, and engagement while ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

AI-powered content creation

: Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, MidJourney, Runway, Pika, Opus Clip, Synthesia, etc., to generate carousels, reels, memes, and scripts.

Cross-platform publishing

: Execute a consistent content calendar (3-4 posts/week/brand) across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X.

Brand consistency

: Apply logos, watermarks, and unique brand design rules using Canva or AI design pipelines.

Video-first storytelling

: Script, edit, and repurpose videos (Hinglish/English acceptable), coordinating closely with creators like Nilesh Dagade.

AI-driven growth optimization

: Track performance KPIs (impressions, saves, shares, comments, CTR), use AI analytics tools to analyze results, and double down on high-performing formats.

Autonomous ownership

: Manage the full cycle of ideation ? creation ? posting ? performance ? iteration, with minimal supervision.

Innovation & trend-spotting

: Stay ahead of platform changes and experiment with emerging AI tools and formats (memes, reels, interactive carousels).

Process hygiene

: Maintain structured project organization, shared threads, and transparent communication with founders.

Skills & Requirements

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in

social media content creation

. Strong knack for

AI tools

(ChatGPT, Canva AI, MidJourney, Runway, Pika, Opus Clip, Synthesia). Understanding of

Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X

growth mechanics. Excellent sense of design, hooks, and storytelling for digital audiences. Video scripting & editing ability (basic editing skills, AI-assisted preferred). Analytical mindset: able to track metrics, experiment, and improve independently. Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented attitude. Based in

Navi Mumbai

; able to work onsite.
