Job Description

As Social Media Assistant you will create, schedule and post engaging content (text, video, graphics) across platforms, interacts with users, analyse performance data, research trends, and support marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and community.

Key duties involve content creation, community management, performance tracking (analytics), and staying updated on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Develop and edit posts, images, short videos (Reels/TikToks), and copy for various platforms, aligning with brand voice.

Scheduling & Posting:

Manage content calendars and schedule posts for optimal reach.

Community Engagement:

Respond to comments/DMs, foster discussions, and build relationships with followers.

Performance Analysis:

Track engagement (likes, shares, comments) and report on campaign success using analytics tools.

Trend Research:

Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Campaign Support:

Assist with brainstorming, planning, and executing marketing campaigns.

SEO & Keywords:

Incorporate relevant keywords to improve post visibility.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of major platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.). Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills. Ability to create & edit videos and graphics Analytical skills for data interpretation. Time management and organizational skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
