About the Role
We are looking for a full time strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of 5-6 FMCG brands. You will coordinate with the content creator and graphics team, ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, engage with audiences, and analyze performance to optimize growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
Develop monthly social media strategies tailored for each brand.
Align campaigns with overall marketing goals and brand positioning.
Identify platform trends, audience insights, and opportunities for engagement.
Content Coordination
Collaborate with the content creator (copy) and graphics team to plan and schedule posts.
Ensure content (copy + visuals) aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
Maintain consistent content calendars for all brands.
Community Management
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
Engage audiences to foster brand loyalty and increase interaction.
Escalate issues or feedback to relevant internal teams when needed.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance metrics: engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign results.
Generate actionable reports with insights for each brand.
Recommend improvements for campaigns, posting schedules, and content strategy.
Campaign Execution
Oversee social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotions.
Ensure smooth coordination among content, design, and marketing teams.
Monitor campaign timelines and performance to meet deadlines and KPIs.
Required Skills
Experience managing multiple social media accounts, preferably FMCG brands.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Excellent organization, planning, and coordination skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate with content and design teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience in FMCG or fast-moving consumer brands.
Familiarity with influencer campaigns and community management.
KPIs
Growth in engagement, reach, and followers per brand.
Timely execution of content calendars and campaigns.
Campaign ROI and performance metrics.
Effective collaboration between content and graphics teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
