Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Support the execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to suggest new ideas for growth.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Assist in coordinating with the design team for creatives and multimedia content.
Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
