Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
: Design customized content strategies for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
Content Planning
: Organize and maintain a monthly content calendar emphasizing narrative-driven posts and user interaction.
Writing Content
: Write engaging and concise captions along with short-form updates.
Visual Content Coordination
: Use Canva or work with design teams to produce eye-catching content.
Performance Tracking
: Monitor post metrics and offer ideas to enhance engagement.
Trend Research
: Keep up with social media trends and propose innovative content types.
Community Interaction
: Handle DMs and comments, fostering genuine conversations.
Campaign Support
: Contribute to key campaigns and help showcase significant stories.
Reporting Assistance
: Support the creation of monthly reports and performance reviews.
Brand Consistency
: Uphold the brand's tone, style, and message across all platforms.
Who We're Looking For
Recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a similar discipline.
Solid understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, including their features and posting standards.
Exceptional writing ability, especially in storytelling formats.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a focus on results.
Comfortable using Canva and familiar with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or Meta Suite.
Highly dependable, self-motivated, and well-organized.
Genuine interest in branding, social good, and multigenerational engagement.
Must own a personal laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
