We are looking for a highly capable and research-driven

Social Media Assistant

with a background in

. This role is ideal for a candidate who not only understands the technical landscape but can also track and synthesize ongoing developments into compelling, audience-focused content.

The Social Media Assistant will play a key role in expanding our presence across X (Twitter -strong), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on timely content creation, industry monitoring, and research-backed storytelling for both technical and executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily content planning and execution for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok with a clear focus on the AI and emerging technology sector. Conduct continuous research into the latest trends, whitepapers, technical blog posts, and product announcements in AI/ML and agentic AI to identify timely content opportunities. Translate research findings into content formats such as technical threads, opinion pieces, video explainers, carousels, and short-form video. Work closely with technical and leadership teams to distill product insights, architectural concepts, and AI strategies into platform-appropriate narratives. Maintain editorial quality, clarity, and technical accuracy in all published content. Build and manage a content calendar that reflects major events, product launches, and industry developments. Use data to evaluate the performance of content and campaigns, and make iterative improvements. Ensure consistency in voice, positioning, and brand standards across all platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy within the technology or AI sector. Demonstrated success managing and growing a professional presence on X (Twitter), with evidence of engaging a technically informed audience. Strong research skills and ability to extract insights from academic papers, technical blogs, model releases, and product documentation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. Deep familiarity with foundational AI/ML concepts including large language models, autonomous agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering. Proficient in using social media and content tools such as Canva, Descript, CapCut, Notion, Buffer, or equivalent. Excellent command of written English with the ability to tailor messaging across varying levels of technical fluency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting thought leadership content in the AI space. Active understanding of the agentic AI ecosystem, including frameworks, architecture, and startups. Prior work experience or demonstrated interest in synthesizing complex ideas for educational or community-driven purposes. Ability to identify early trends and anticipate shifts in the AI landscape to keep content ahead of the curve.
