The Role

We're hiring a

Social Media Creator & Graphic Designer

to conceptualize, design, and publish engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

You'll wear two hats:

Content Creator:

Plan, shoot, edit, and post short-form videos, carousels, stories, and reels.

Graphic Designer:

Create visually stunning static graphics, infographics, ads, and branded templates.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (50%)

Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar. Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs optimized for each platform. Stay ahead of trends (audio, memes, challenges) and adapt them to our brand voice.

Graphic Design (40%)

Design eye-catching static posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives. Create branded templates for consistent visual identity. Design infographics, promotional banners, and email graphics. Collaborate on campaign visuals (product launches, events, etc.).

Strategy & Analytics (10%)

Monitor performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements. A/B test creatives and formats to maximize engagement. Report monthly on growth, reach, and engagement KPIs.
Requirements

Must-Have:

2+ years of experience in social media content creation

and

graphic design.

Portfolio

showcasing: Short-form video edits (Reels/TikTok) Branded graphic design work (posts, carousels, ads) Expert in

Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or CapCut/Final Cut)

. Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms. Fluent in

English

; Arabic is a strong plus. Based in

UAE

(or willing to work UAE hours).

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with motion graphics (After Effects). Basic photography skills (mobile or DSLR). Experience running paid social campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
