About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Social Media & Ads Specialist who can manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, create engaging reels, and handle content creation. The ideal candidate should know audience targeting, budgeting, and be able to deliver high-performing campaigns along with creative social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Identify and implement precise audience targeting strategies.
Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for the best results.
Create engaging reels, posts, and stories for social media platforms.
Handle content writing, captions, and basic designs if required.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Conduct keyword and competitor research.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and ads management.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Ability to create engaging reels and social media content.
Basic understanding of editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Good communication and creativity.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
