Job Summary The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. This role involves managing content creation, scheduling, analytics, community interaction, and paid social media campaigns across all major platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars. 2. Content Creation & Management Create engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, graphics) tailored for each platform. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets. Write compelling captions with strong brand voice consistency. Schedule and publish content across all social platforms. 3. Community Engagement Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant pages to build community. Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions). Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve results. 5. Paid Advertising Manage social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Optimize ad performance based on analytics and KPIs. Work with agencies or internal teams for advanced campaigns. 6. Trends & Innovation Stay updated on platform changes, viral trends, and new features.
