About the Role:
JackfruitWeb is seeking a
Project & Marketing Coordinator
who will play a key role in arranging and managing
website design, digital marketing, and application development projects
.
The candidate will also contribute to
marketing and lead-generation activities
to help bring in new clients and projects.
You should have prior experience in
digital marketing and project coordination
, with a strong understanding of
web technologies, marketing strategy, and client relationship management
.
This role requires excellent communication skills, an organized approach, and the ability to work remotely with a distributed creative and technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage
website design, development, and digital marketing projects
from initiation to completion.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content, and marketing) to plan and execute tasks.
Assist in
digital marketing activities
such as campaign planning, social media management, and performance tracking.
Support
lead generation and outreach
for potential clients in the digital domain.
Create and manage project documentation, proposals, briefs, and delivery timelines.
Ensure high standards of client servicing and maintain long-term client relationships.
Provide creative input and marketing insights to improve project outcomes and brand visibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience
in
digital marketing, project coordination, or client management
within the website design, development, or IT industry.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing services
(SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, content marketing, etc.).
Good knowledge of
website design and development processes
(WordPress, UI/UX, hosting, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with marketing and project management tools such as
Trello, Asana, Slack, HubSpot, or Google Workspace
.
Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in
Marketing, Business, IT, or Communication
.
Experience in
client acquisition, marketing strategy, or campaign management
.
Familiarity with
analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) is an advantage.
