We are hiring a
Social Media Marketing Executive
to manage both
organic social media and paid advertising campaigns
across Meta platforms. This role is ideal for a creative, performance-driven marketer who is also curious about
AI tools, automation, and modern marketing workflows
.
In addition to social media and paid ads, you'll support internal tools, software subscriptions, and have opportunities to experiment with
AI-powered no-code / low-code platforms
to improve marketing and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish content across
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
, and other platforms.
Develop and manage
social media content calendars
aligned with business goals.
Design
static creatives, carousels, and short-form videos
for organic and paid campaigns.
Create and manage
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
including:
Ad creative design
Video ads for performance campaigns
Audience targeting and retargeting
Budget optimisation and A/B testing
Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for
cost per lead (CPL)
and conversions.
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on promotions and lead-generation initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
Manage and monitor
marketing and business software subscriptions
(social tools, CRMs, AI tools, etc.).
Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools to improve marketing efficiency.
Opportunity to experiment with

and workflow automation using platforms such as:
Lovable
Emergent
Other AI-powered coding, automation, and no-code tools
Support internal process improvements using AI and automation where appropriate.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Growth in
followers, reach, and engagement rate
Inbound leads generated via social media & Meta Ads
Cost per lead (CPL) and campaign ROI
Consistent content output (
20-25 posts per month
)
Performance of video ads (CTR, watch time, conversions)
Contribution of social leads to sales conversions
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years experience in
Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing
Hands-on experience managing
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Ability to design
ad creatives and short-form video ads
Understanding of
audience targeting, retargeting, and performance optimisation
Experience with
Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms
Comfortable using digital tools, dashboards, and analytics
Interest in
AI tools, automation, and modern marketing tech
Experience in fintech, insurance, or financial services is a bonus (not mandatory)
