The Brand & Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for building, strengthening, and managing the company's brand presence across all digital and offline channels. This role oversees brand strategy, social media content planning, influencer partnerships, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital platforms, trends, and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Management
Develop and execute brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all customer touchpoints.
Ensure brand consistency in visual and verbal communication across marketing, product, sales, and customer service teams.
Oversee creation of brand assets such as logos, guidelines, campaign themes, and digital creative.
Monitor brand perception, conduct competitor research, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Own the end-to-end social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Develop monthly content calendars and manage day-to-day posting and community interactions.
Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and follower growth.
3. Campaign Planning & Management
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to support product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with creative teams, designers, writers, and external agencies for campaign execution.
Track and measure campaign ROI, engagement, and overall brand impact.
4. Influencer & Community Management
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, brand ambassadors, and partners.
Develop influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and conversions.
Manage online communities, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers proactively.
5. Content Development & Creative Direction
Lead the creation of high-quality creative content--graphics, videos, photos--that reflect brand personality.
Oversee production shoots, creative briefs, and content revisions.
Maintain a strong pulse on social trends, pop culture, platform updates, and audience preferences.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs across brand health, social media growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Use tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and others.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in brand management, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
Proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices.
Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and copywriting skills.
Experience in influencer marketing and community building.
Ability to analyze data and convert insights into strategies.
Proficiency with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce, consumer brands, lifestyle, tech, hospitality, or startup ecosystems.
Experience leading creative teams or managing agencies.
Knowledge of brand equity measurement and customer experience frameworks.
Strong knowledge of emerging digital trends (AI tools, short-video formats, social commerce).
