Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven

Social Media Manager

to own and grow Hege's presence across all social platforms. The role focuses on

brand building, engagement, lead generation, and performance tracking

Key Responsibilities Content & Brand Management

Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency Coordinate with designers, videographers, and influencers

Growth & Engagement

Drive follower growth and engagement organically Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews in a timely manner Build community through polls, stories, UGC, and campaigns

Performance Marketing Support

Work closely with the marketing team on paid campaigns Optimize content for reach, CTR, and conversions Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

Influencer & Collaboration Management

Identify and manage influencers, creators, and brand collaborations Negotiate deliverables and timelines Track ROI of influencer campaigns
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
