We are searching a Social Media and Marketing Assistant for Our Design House in Lado Sarai in South Delhi; who can support marketing goals by creating/scheduling content, managing online communities, running ads, tracking analytics, researching trends, and assisting with campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, requiring strong writing, digital literacy, and organizational skills to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Job Timings :
9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management
: Create, schedule, and publish engaging text, image, and video content.
Community Engagement
: Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive online interactions.
Campaign Support
: Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on paid social media ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads).
Analytics & Reporting
: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for senior staff.
Market Research
: Stay updated on trends, research competitors, and suggest new ideas.
Cross-functional Support
: Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams, and help with marketing literature.
Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience
: Previous experience in social media or marketing roles.
Platform Knowledge
: Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite).
