We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive our brand's digital presence and influencer partnerships. This role combines creative content creation, strategic campaign management, and data-driven optimization to accelerate brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our new product launches in the competitive skincare market.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media Management

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, videos, stories, and interactive posts Optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and discoverability Manage and maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms Stay current with platform algorithm changes and adapt content strategies accordingly
Paid Social Media & Meta Advertising

Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns Develop targeted audience segments and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to improve campaign effectiveness Monitor ad spend and performance metrics to ensure budget efficiency Create compelling ad copy and visual assets that drive conversions
AI Integration & Optimization

Leverage AI tools for content creation, audience analysis, and campaign optimization Utilize AI-powered insights to predict trending topics and optimal posting times Implement AI-driven personalization strategies to enhance user engagement Stay updated on emerging AI technologies relevant to social media marketing
Influencer Marketing Campaign Management

Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives Identify, research, and recruit micro and macro influencers across relevant niches Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers Create detailed campaign briefs and ensure brand guideline compliance Coordinate content creation timelines and approval processes
Relationship Building & Partnership Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and content creators Develop an extensive network of brand ambassadors and advocates Manage influencer onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship nurturing Handle conflict resolution and ensure positive brand representation
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with content, product, and performance marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment Collaborate on product launch strategies and integrated marketing campaigns Coordinate with design teams to create co-branded content and assets Participate in campaign planning sessions and provide social media expertise
Analytics & Performance Optimization

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI Generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies Implement tracking systems for influencer-generated content and conversions
Trend Analysis & Market Intelligence

Monitor skincare industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms Research international and Indian market trends to identify opportunities Analyze competitor influencer strategies and identify best practices Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights and trends
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 1-2 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within D2C FMCG industry Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns
Technical Skills

Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) Experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation Analytics proficiency (Google Analytics, social media insights, influencer marketing platforms) Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
