Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media Management

Monitor ad spend and performance metrics to ensure budget efficiency
Create compelling ad copy and visual assets that drive conversions
AI Integration & Optimization
Leverage AI tools for content creation, audience analysis, and campaign optimization
Utilize AI-powered insights to predict trending topics and optimal posting times
Implement AI-driven personalization strategies to enhance user engagement
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies relevant to social media marketing
Influencer Marketing Campaign Management
Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
Identify, research, and recruit micro and macro influencers across relevant niches
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers
Create detailed campaign briefs and ensure brand guideline compliance
Coordinate content creation timelines and approval processes
Relationship Building & Partnership Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and content creators
Develop an extensive network of brand ambassadors and advocates
Manage influencer onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship nurturing
Handle conflict resolution and ensure positive brand representation
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
1-2 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within D2C FMCG industry
Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns
Technical Skills
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation
Analytics proficiency (Google Analytics, social media insights, influencer marketing platforms)
