Requirements
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Social Media & Growth Intern to join our dynamic startup team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, experiment, and make an impact by driving growth through engaging content and effective social media strategies. You will work closely with our core team to design, plan, and execute creative campaigns, while also getting exposure to cross-functional growth initiatives.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build strong skills in content creation, social media marketing, growth hacking, and startup operations.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design

• Design engaging carousels, reels, posts, and videos using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Gamma, or other design platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts aligned with brand identity and audience trends.
• Optimize content for different social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.

Social Media Growth & Engagement

• Plan and schedule content across various platforms using content management tools.
• Assist in handling social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Track and analyze content performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
• Suggest and implement new ideas to increase followers, engagement, and community presence.

Operational & Calendar Support

• Support team members by managing calendars, setting up meetings, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Assist in coordinating with different teams for content approvals and project timelines.

Bonus Responsibilities (Optional but Encouraged)

• Support inbound sales and growth initiatives, including research, lead nurturing, and campaign support.
• Take ownership of small projects across teams -- a great way to get hands-on startup experience.
• Occasionally engage with targeted leads via calls, with guidance from the team.

What We're Looking For

• A creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Enthusiastic about social media trends, growth strategies, and digital marketing.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in social media, content creation, or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
