Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
Manage the content calendar and supervise delivery across digital, print, events, and internal communication channels.
Ensure content aligns with business development, branding, and engagement goals.
Content Ideation & Innovation
Conceptualize unique and engaging content formats.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital storytelling, and audience behavior.
Design impactful campaigns around events, forums, and partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, operations, partnerships, and leadership teams for integrated campaigns.
Review and approve content for tone, quality, and brand alignment.
Content Governance & Brand Consistency
Define and maintain brand tone of voice and content guidelines.
Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
Implement content audit processes for continuous improvement.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
Provide insights to optimize strategy and improve engagement.
Report performance metrics and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
5+ years
of proven experience in content strategy, creation, or editorial leadership.
Strong expertise in brand storytelling, digital platforms, and audience engagement.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a hands-on approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
