Role Overview
We are hiring a
hands-on Social Media & Content Manager
to own and execute our organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
This is a
creator-first, execution-heavy role
. You will be responsible for ideation, on-site shooting, editing, publishing, and maintaining a consistent premium brand aesthetic. This role works closely with founders and manages an in-house graphic design intern.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
Own and manage brand presence across:
Instagram
Facebook
YouTube
LinkedIn
Create and maintain monthly content calendars
Write captions, manage hashtags, and posting cadence
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual quality
Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and community interactions
Work with partners, or paid and barter collaborations to generate contents for Marketing via Ads and social media content.
Content Creation (Onsite)
Plan and execute
DSLR and mobile shoots
, including:
Product content
Lifestyle and usage content
Kitchen / preparation content
Events, flea markets, launches
Shoot and edit
short-form video content
(Reels, Shorts)
Capture behind-the-scenes and UGC-style content
Support festival and seasonal campaigns (Diwali, Eid, gifting)
Creative & Design Coordination
Work closely with the
in-house graphic design intern
Review, refine, and finalize static creatives
Handle
minor design tweaks
, including:
Packaging edits
Labels, sleeves, inserts
Maintain structured asset libraries and version control
Performance Marketing Support (Creative Only)
Create ad-ready creatives and hooks for Meta & Google Ads
Coordinate with in-house performance marketing or agencies
Support creative testing requirements
DSLR camera handling (Canon / Sony / Nikon or equivalent)
Mobile shooting for Instagram-first formats
Video editing tools:
Cap Cut
In Shot
Adobe Premiere Pro (basic-intermediate)
Photo editing:
Adobe Photoshop (basic)
Lightroom (preferred)
Design & Publishing
Canva (mandatory)
Meta Business Suite
Instagram Creator Studio

WhatsApp / Slack for coordination
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in social media and content roles
Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability
Proven experience in shooting and editing content
Instagram-first content mindset
Comfortable working onsite and during events
Ability to guide and review the work of a junior designer

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
