Job Responsibility:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) tailored to the real estate market.
Content Creation
: Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels) that resonates with target audiences and drives traffic, leads, and conversions.
Paid Social Media Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to generate leads for real estate projects and listings.
Community Engagement
: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Analytics & Reporting
: Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, traffic, leads) using social media analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.
Trend Analysis
: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the real estate industry to implement cutting-edge strategies.
Collaboration:
Get the creatives, videos & reels edited from the Graphic Design Team. Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging, content themes, and campaign goals.
Hashtag Strategy
: Optimize social media posts for search engines, incorporate relevant hashtags, and maximize visibility within target markets.
Skills Required:
Strong Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
: In-depth understanding of how different social media platforms work and how to optimize content for engagement and reach.
Content Creation Skills:
Proven ability to create compelling, visually appealing, and conversion-driven content (design, copywriting, video editing).
Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey the brand's message effectively.
Creative Thinking:
Ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to changing social media trends.
Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred):
Understanding of the real estate market and its audience will be an added advantage.
Time Management:
