What are we looking for?

We are looking for an

enterprising individual

with the ZEAL to manage guest experience in Jaipur. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental experiences revenue. In this dynamic role, you'll wear two hats, managing both content and guest relations to ensure every traveler's journey is extraordinary.

What will you be responsible for?

Content & Social Media Management:

Craft engaging content that resonates with our backpacker community. Elevate online presence across social media platforms. Cook up exciting partnerships and digital vibes that scream "You've got to stay here! Lead collaborations with content creators & nearby businesses
Curating Tours & Experiences:

Dream up crazy awesome tours and experiences that'll have guests saying, "Best trip ever!" Collaborate with local partners to offer authentic experiences reflective of Jaipur's culture. Ensure every guest leaves with unforgettable memories. Lead community development of the property and revenue optimisation via the same
Guest Feedback

Proactively gather and address guest feedback to continuously improve services. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting a sense of community. Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
Who you are?

A driven individual who is digitally savvy ( any knowledge of digital marketing will be preferred ) Background in hospitality and youth travel market Experience in social media management and content creation Extroverted personality with good communication skills Passionate about Travel and experiences Empathy towards your customers and colleagues. Organized with attention to detail. Prior knowledge of social media management tools & content creation Prior knowledge & experience in working on Channel managers and OTA extranets preferred Knowledge of working on CRM software ( EZEE ABSOLUTE, CLOUDBEDS etc )
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
