Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow company's presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Create, plan, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, creatives).
Monitor comments, messages, and reviews and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Build and manage the online community, engage with followers, and improve brand loyalty.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and engagement activities.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media performance reports.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for content creation and campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Handle influencer collaborations and community partnerships (if required).
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in social media management or community management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
Experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. (preferred).
Basic understanding of content, creatives, and short-form video strategy.
Creative mindset with strong execution skills.
