Job Description

We're looking for a Social Media Executive cum Client Servicing Executive who lives and breathes content, creativity, and community building. The ideal candidate understands the pulse of digital trends, can create engaging social campaigns, and is confident managing client communication to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute creative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
Write catchy, on-brand captions, and assist in ideating content for reels, videos, and stories.
Coordinate with design and video teams for content creation and approvals.
Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly social media reports.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build community presence.

Client Servicing (Secondary Role):

Communicate with clients for content approvals, briefs, and feedback.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the creative team.
Maintain professional relationships with clients by ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
Present ideas, reports, and social media insights when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and handle multiple brands simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
