Key Responsibilities: Social Media Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor brand mentions, trends, and relevant conversations to identify opportunities for engagement. Provide insights on audience behavior, engagement, and trends to inform content strategy and decision-making. Data Reporting: Create detailed reports on social media metrics, including engagement rates, audience growth, impressions, and conversions. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) to gather data and prepare reports for management. Track KPIs and identify areas of improvement based on performance. Strategy Development: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize social media strategies and campaigns. Provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation. Analyze competitors' social media activity to understand market trends and identify areas for growth. Audience & Community Insights: Identify target audience segments and customer preferences through social listening and data analysis. Engage in real-time social media conversations and act as a point of contact for the community when required. Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with content teams to ensure that social media content aligns with analytics insights and audience preferences. Help in the creation of social media content calendars and campaigns by providing performance insights and suggestions. Social Media Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend innovative strategies and emerging platforms that could be beneficial for the brand's social media presence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience in social media analysis, management, or a similar role. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or others. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of social media advertising and performance metrics is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with paid social media campaigns and reporting. Certification in Social Media Marketing or Analytics (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, HubSpot). Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
