• Create weekly and monthly plans for social media campaigns
• Creating engaging content: creatives, captions, short videos, reels, etc.
• Branding on the social media platforms
• Posting and monitoring brand message consistency
• Interacting and following up with the followers and potential customers
• Performing competitor analysis
• Monitoring new and upcoming social media trends
• Conceptualizing ads for various marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business/ marketing/ journalism/ public relations or related
• Minimum 6 Months of proven social media management experience
• Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
• Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
• Basic understanding of catering unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward multiple initiatives at once
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies and how to use related concepts
