to support its digital media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, collecting, and analyzing data across various social media platforms to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights. This role involves close collaboration with content creators and strategists to optimize performance and enhance audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor social media platforms for trends, conversations, and competitor activity. Analyze engagement metrics, audience behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports and dashboards with actionable insights. Contribute to the refinement of social media strategies and content planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with performance goals. Stay updated with evolving social media trends and platform updates.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field. Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social). Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
