Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across social media platforms
Develop high-converting ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting strategies
Monitor daily ad performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with insights
Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and ad policies
Track conversions using pixels, events, and analytics tools
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram); other platforms are a plus
Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
Experience with ad creatives, funnels, and landing page optimization
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or app installs
Knowledge of TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads
Basic understanding of CRO and marketing funnels
Graphic/video editing knowledge is a plus
Agency experience preferred
