Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Lead Generation Lead who can build, manage, and optimize online lead campaigns across multiple platforms. You create smart funnels, manage budgets, and ensure our performance goals are hit.
Key Responsibilities
Run high-performing lead campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google & LinkedIn.
Manage and optimize budgets, targeting, and funnel structures.
Set up tracking, pixels, parameters, and A/B tests.
Analyze performance, report KPIs, and continuously improve results.
Develop content ideas and coordinate paid + organic strategies.
Work with internal teams and external creatives/agencies.
Your Profile
3+ years in performance marketing or social media ads.
Strong knowledge of campaign setup, tracking, attribution & optimization.
Data-driven mindset and confident with KPIs and dashboards.
Creative, proactive, and experienced in fast-paced environments.
Fluent English (German is a plus).
