JeenaSikho is seeking an experienced and data-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage,optimize, and scale our paid acquisition channels across major platforms and e-commercemarketplaces. The ideal candidate will be focused on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)and driving efficient customer acquisition for our product catalog.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Management (Google & Meta)? Full-Funnel Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across theentire marketing funnel, from brand awareness (Meta) to high-intent conversion (GoogleShopping/Search).? Google Ads Mastery: Oversee performance campaigns, including Google Shopping,Performance Max, Search (PPC), and dynamic retargeting to maximize productvisibility and sales.? Meta Ads Expertise: Develop and manage campaigns on Facebook and Instagram(including Feed, Stories, Reels, and Catalog Ads) with a strong focus on creative testing,audience segmentation, and lookalike modeling.? Budget & ROAS Optimization: Rigorously manage six-figure monthly budgets,focusing on continuous optimization to meet aggressive ROAS and CPA targets.Marketplace Advertising (Amazon & Flipkart)? Marketplace Ad Strategy: Develop, implement, and analyze campaigns withinclosed-loop ecosystems like Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands,Display) and Flipkart Ads.? Inventory & Profitability: Work closely with the Category team to ensure ad spendalignment with inventory levels and overall product profitability metrics on marketplaceplatforms.? Keyword & ACoS Management: Conduct extensive keyword harvesting and bidmanagement to control Advertising Cost of Sale (ACoS) and drive organic rankcorrelation.Analysis & Reporting? Deep Data Analysis: Utilize platforms (Google Analytics 4, Ads Dashboards) totranslate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and strategicrecommendations.? A/B Testing: Design and execute structured A/B tests for creatives, ad copy, landingpages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign efficiency.? Attribution Modeling: Understand cross-channel attribution to ensure correct valuationof different media channels and inform budget allocation decisions.Qualifications? Experience: [2] years of hands-on experience managing substantial paid mediabudgets, with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue.? Platform Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, MetaAds Manager, and Amazon/Flipkart Ad platforms.? Analytical Skillset: Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization, andcalculating core performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, ACoS).? Conversion Focus: Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)principles and how they interact with paid traffic.Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)? Experience with other emerging platforms (TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads).? Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.? Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integration.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
