About the Role:

As a

Social Media Ads Intern - Meta (Instagram & Facebook)

, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. This internship provides hands-on experience in performance marketing, audience targeting, and creative campaign management in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and managing

Meta Ads campaigns

on Instagram and Facebook. Work with creative teams to develop

engaging ad visuals, captions, and messaging

. Conduct

audience segmentation

and research for targeted ad campaigns. Monitor and analyze

campaign performance metrics

(CTR, CPC, CPM, ROI). Support

A/B testing

and campaign optimization strategies. Prepare

weekly campaign reports

with insights and recommendations. Research and stay updated on

Meta advertising trends, tools, and best practices

. Coordinate with marketing and analytics teams for end-to-end campaign execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Basic knowledge of

Meta Ads

and

social media marketing principles

. Strong analytical and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with

Instagram or Facebook advertising

(academic, freelance, or internship projects). Familiarity with

Google Analytics

Adobe Creative Suite

. Understanding of
