We are seeking an

on-site Social Media Analyst

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to enhance brand engagement and digital growth. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure our social media strategies are data-driven and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Create and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards and analytics reports. Evaluate campaign performance to determine ROI and make recommendations for optimization. Identify audience insights, content trends, and engagement opportunities. Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark performance. Collaborate with the content, design, and paid media teams to develop data-backed strategies. Perform social listening to track brand mentions, sentiment, and audience feedback. Present insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decisions. Stay updated with platform algorithms, emerging trends, and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Analyst or in a similar digital marketing role. Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or SimilarWeb. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio (Looker Studio). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
