Job Description

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for creating eye-catching content, editing engaging product videos, and managing our brand voice across social platforms. This role requires both creativity and technical skills -- especially in video editing, trend adaptation, and tech product presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook & Google Business Profile. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-consistent manner. Track growth, engagement, and performance metrics across platforms.

Content Creation:

Shoot and edit product reels, unboxing videos, tutorials, and user-guide videos. Design creative graphics and posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Write engaging captions tailored for the tech and gadget-loving audience.

Google Business Profile Management:

Post regular product and update content on Google Business. Manage reviews and ratings professionally to build trust and credibility.

Trend & Audience Insight:

Keep up with social media trends, especially in tech/gadget niches. Suggest and experiment with new formats (memes, reels, lives, stories, polls).

Requirements:

1-3 years of social media management experience (consumer electronics or eCommerce preferred). Strong video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, Tutorials, Unboxing). Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Canva. Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business algorithms. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability. Tech-savvy with interest in gadgets and electronics.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of SEO and hashtags strategy Familiarity with ad creatives for Meta/Google Ads
