Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Accounts Manager (Social Media) to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of social media projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, and the ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned social media clients Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams Coordinate with content, design, and editing teams to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns Manage social media calendars, approvals, and revisions with clients Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations, brand guidelines, and timelines Handle regular client updates, feedback, and follow-ups Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met without delays Support account growth by identifying upsell or improvement opportunities Maintain proper documentation, reports, and communication records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in social media account management or client servicing Strong coordination and project management abilities Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting
