Job Overview



We are seeking a highly skilled

Social Media Accounts Manager

to lead our brand development and growth initiatives. This individual will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive brand strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, conducting market research, and optimizing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of brand health monitoring, client relationship management, and upselling strategies to ensure the continued success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities



Brand Strategy Development



Formulate brand strategies that align with overarching business and marketing objectives. Define brand positioning, target audience, messaging, and unique value propositions. Develop clear and actionable strategic plans to enhance brand equity and visibility.

Brand Identity Management



Ensure consistency of the brand's visual and verbal identity across all channels and marketing materials. Pay meticulous attention to detail to uphold brand integrity at every customer touchpoint.

Market Research and Analysis



Conduct thorough market research to analyze consumer insights, trends, and competitor activities. Translate market research findings into actionable brand strategies that drive decision-making.

Campaign Planning and Execution



Lead the planning and execution of successful brand campaigns across various media and platforms. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and feedback.

Brand Performance Measurement



Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate brand success. Analyze brand health, report on performance, and make recommendations for continuous brand improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align brand strategies with broader business objectives. Foster collaboration and ensure brand consistency across all teams and initiatives.

Brand Communication



Develop impactful messaging and content for various brand materials, including advertising, social media, websites, and collateral. Demonstrate strong copywriting and communication skills to ensure clear and persuasive brand messaging.

Brand Health Monitoring



Track brand awareness, customer perception, and loyalty metrics on an ongoing basis. Implement strategies for continuous brand improvement and evolution based on market feedback.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely follow-up on payments and client billing matters.

Upselling and Client Value Enhancement



Identify opportunities to introduce new services and solutions to clients to enhance their brand experience. Leverage sales acumen to drive upselling efforts, fostering long-term partnerships and generating increased value.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 4 + years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or a related field. Expertise in developing brand strategies, with a deep understanding of brand positioning, target audience, and messaging. Strong knowledge of market research and analysis, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies. Demonstrates strong time management and multitasking skills by efficiently prioritizing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing brand campaigns across various media. Ability to establish KPIs, track performance, and analyze brand health metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and align brand strategies with business objectives. Proven track record in managing client relationships and upselling services to drive business growth. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform brand decisions and campaign optimizations.
