What We're Looking For:
We're seeking motivated Social Media Account Managers who are eager to contribute to the growth of a growing new-age marketing and video production agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment where your ideas and efforts directly shape the digital success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Manage social media and video production client accounts, ensuring their goals are met on a day to day basis.
• Prompt Communication: Be an effective communicator and link between the client and agency for day to day coordination and management.
• Market Research: Conduct research on digital media trends, competitors, and the role of creative agencies in today's digital landscape.
• Client Pitching: Participate in pitching for new clients by creating decks, mood boards, and sample scripts.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the various inhouse teams to transform concepts and storyboards into impactful visuals.
• Project Management: Lead in-house projects requiring ideation, implementation, and distribution strategies.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard tools and software for managing digital media projects.
• Copywriting: Develop creative copywriting for social media campaigns and posts.
• Process Improvement: Contribute innovative ideas to improve workflows and processes.
• Production Assistance: Collaborate with producers, cinematographers, and editors during production and post-production phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Creativity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for innovation.
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Effective and prompt communication with ownership qualities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage feedback from stakeholders.
• Prior agency or brand experience is a plus.
• We follow a bring your own device policy. Must have personal devices to work on.
• In-Office Role: The candidate is expected to work from the office 4-5 days a week.

Inhand Salary Range:
