About the role: We are looking for a self-motivated and result oriented creative professional to be a part of our

Social Listening team.

Location : Andheri, Mumbai

Responsibilities: (Including, not restricted to)

Social Listening and Escalation Management

a. Monitor social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for mentions, comments, and conversations relevant to our clients' brands, products, or services

b. Collect data from social media platforms using listening tools and analyze it to identify trends, sentiments, and emerging issues related to our clients' brands or industry

c. Extract meaningful insights from social media conversations to understand consumer preferences, behavior, and opinions. Identify opportunities and challenges for our clients based on social media data.

d. Use analytical tools to measure the impact and reach of social media campaigns Conduct competitive analysis by monitoring competitors' social media activities and campaigns. Provide recommendations on how our clients can differentiate themselves in the market.

e. Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media platforms and tools f. Conduct research on emerging social media trends to provide innovative ideas for our clients' social media strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

? Strong passion for social media

? Familiarity with various social media platforms and their features

? Analytical mindset with a willingness to work and interpret large set of data and draw meaningful insights

? Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

? Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools e.g. Excel, Power Point

? Self-motivated and eager to learn about social media trends and technologies
