About the Position
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
Develop engaging multimedia content (videos, posts, articles, infographics, and reels) to showcase project impact and community stories.
Conduct field visits to capture ground-level stories, interviews, and testimonials.
Write blogs, case studies, and campaign narratives aligned with organizational goals.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars and engagement strategies.
Track analytics and engagement metrics to measure performance and impact.
Design & Production
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, creatives, and campaign materials.
Support video editing, short documentaries, and campaign storytelling initiatives.
Brand & Communication Support
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communication.
Assist in developing communication toolkits, reports, and media outreach content.
Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and media houses for campaign amplification.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's in
Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields.
2-4 years
of experience in digital media, social communication, or content production.
Strong command of English (and regional languages preferred).
Proficiency in social media tools, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing.
Understanding of social/development sector communication will be an added advantage.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate impact into visual and emotional storytelling.
