The Social Development Executive will be responsible for identifying social issues, mobilizing the school community, and building meaningful partnerships to drive impactful, sustainable change through school-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Initiative Planning & Execution
Conceptualize and implement social impact programs such as:
Grain donation drives
Literacy and education sessions for underprivileged groups
Cleanliness, environmental, and health awareness campaigns
Ensure all initiatives align with school values and include active student participation.
2. Community & Parent Engagement
Build and manage a Parent Volunteer Network for social causes.
Conduct awareness meetings, workshops, and drives involving parents and students.
Encourage community participation through "Each One, Help One" models.
3. Corporate & NGO Liaison
Identify and approach corporates for CSR collaborations.
Develop partnerships with NGOs, community groups, and local authorities.
Prepare proposals and MoUs for collaborative initiatives.
4. Communication & Advocacy
Document initiatives through reports, social media, and newsletters.
Coordinate with the marketing/PR team to highlight success stories and community impact.
Represent the school in social and community development forums.
5. Impact Measurement
Maintain records of beneficiaries, resources utilized, and project outcomes.
Prepare an annual Social Impact Report.
Suggest new initiatives based on community needs and assessments.
6. Student Leadership & Participation
Mentor student clubs or groups (e.g., Innovera Impact Club*). Conduct reflection sessions linking community service to life skills development.
