The Role:

As our Social & Content Executive, you'll be the voice of our brand, crafting captivating content and building a vibrant online community. You'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving engagement and brand awareness.

What You'll Do:

? Content Creation Wizardry: Develop and execute engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, website, and email campaigns.

? Social Media Rockstar: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating and scheduling content, monitoring trends, and engaging with our community.

? Storytelling Superhero: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and bring our brand to life.

? Data-Driven Dynamo: Track and analyze social media and content performance, using insights to optimize strategies and improve results.

? Community Champion: Build and nurture relationships with our followers, fostering a loyal and engaged community.

? Startup Hustle: Jump in and tackle whatever comes your way, from brainstorming new ideas to assisting with marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

? 1-2 years of experience in social media and content creation.

? A passion for startups and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? A creative mind with a knack for storytelling.

? Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

? Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.

? Bonus points for a background in mass communication or journalism! This brings a valuable technical lens to content and media strategy.

? A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

? A person who thrives on learning new skills.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
