We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Content Executive to drive digital content, storytelling and social presence for Baraat Catering and Canvas Farms. The role is for someone who eats-sleeps-breathes content -- from reels to behind-the-scenes shots, and loves experimenting with fresh ideas, trends and formats.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

Plan, ideate & create social media content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & other platforms.
Work with the marketing team to conceptualize content around food, events, weddings, behind-the-scenes, chefs, menus, and brand stories.
Develop monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
Reels & Video

Shoot short-form videos at events, kitchen, food prep, property, team interactions.
Edit reels & videos using tools like CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut.
Stay updated on reel trends, audio, hashtags & viral formats.
Photography

Capture event moments, food styling shots & ambience for social media.
Coordinate with photographers/videographers when required.
Brand Communication

Write engaging captions, hooks, micro-stories & pitch ideas.
Maintain brand tonality & visual identity.
Community + Social Engagement

Respond to comments, DMs, queries.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, content shoots & UGC.
Analytics & Performance

Track growth, insights, reels performance & weekly reporting.
Suggest new formats based on trends & data.

Skills Required

Strong sense of design, storytelling & aesthetics.
Proficiency in Canva/Adobe/CapCut (or similar editing tools).
Understanding of social media algorithms & growth hacks.
Basic photography + video shooting skills.
Creativity, initiative & willingness to experiment.

Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,932.18 - ₹50,563.52 per month
