HashHackCode is seeking a Social & Community Executive to grow our online presence, build community engagement, and help bring our inclusive tech education mission to life. If you're creative, proactive, and love connecting with people, this role is for you!
Your roles and responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Community Engagement:
Respond to comments, messages, and DMs, and help nurture our parent, student, and educator communities.
Campaign Support:
Work with the content and design teams to support campaigns, events, and special initiatives.
SEO & Channel Hygiene:
Apply checklists for titles, descriptions, hashtags, and tagging to improve discoverability.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track post performance, community growth, and engagement; share weekly reports and insights.
Event Promotion:
Assist in promoting webinars, workshops, and community events both online and offline.
Collaboration:
Work closely with content writers, designers, and the operations team to deliver a consistent brand experience.
Trend Research:
Stay updated on social media trends and bring creative ideas to team brainstorms.
What we require:
Social media native:
Comfortable using Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms for community building.
Excellent communicator:
Strong writing skills, clear grammar, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Organized & proactive:
