LinkedIn, Social Media & AI-Driven Search Marketing Specialist
to manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn and other social platforms while supporting visibility across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
This role combines
social media marketing, basic SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and AI-driven search understanding
to ensure our brand and content are discoverable where modern users search--across Google, AI search experiences, and social platforms. The ideal candidate understands that social, search, and AI visibility now work together to drive high-quality leads and brand authority.
Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn & Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute
LinkedIn-first social media strategies
aligned with brand awareness and lead generation goals
Manage company pages and (where required) leadership personal brand profiles
Create, schedule, and optimise content across
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Run and optimise
LinkedIn Ads and paid social campaigns
Engage with followers, comments, and messages to build credibility and trust
Track and optimise performance metrics including reach, engagement, CTR, and leads
SEO, AEO & AI-Driven Search Support
Apply
basic SEO best practices
to social and website content (keyword intent, metadata alignment, internal linking awareness)
Support
Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)
by structuring content to answer user questions clearly and concisely
Assist in optimising content for
AI-driven search and discovery platforms
(e.g. Google AI results, generative search experiences, and large language model visibility)
Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure social content reinforces search visibility and topical authority
Understand search intent and user behaviour across traditional and AI-assisted search journeys
Content & Campaign Management
Plan and manage a
monthly content calendar
aligned with social, SEO, and AI-search goals
Write clear, engaging, and search-aware copy for posts, captions, and campaigns
Coordinate with design, SEO, and performance marketing teams
Support thought leadership, brand storytelling, and campaign launches
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance using LinkedIn Analytics, Meta tools, and SEO insights
Prepare
monthly reports
highlighting social, search, and content performance
Identify trends and optimisation opportunities across social engagement and search visibility
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
LinkedIn and social media marketing
Working knowledge of
basic SEO principles
(search intent, keywords, on-page fundamentals)
Understanding of
AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
and content structuring for featured snippets and AI responses
Awareness of
AI-driven search and generative search trends
Experience with
LinkedIn Ads Manager
and/or Meta Ads
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Understanding of how content performs across
search engines, AI assistants, and social platforms
Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, Figma)
