1. Position Summary

The Personal Soccer Coach will be responsible for the full-time athletic development, training supervision, and performance improvement of My Son (born 2013), a youth football player preparing for national and international trials.

This is a

contractual role

designed to support his daily training, physical conditioning, skill development, and mental preparation for competitive football academies in India and abroad.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Daily Training & On-Field Coaching

Conduct

daily football training sessions

(dribbling, speed, endurance, passing, shooting, tactical understanding). Minimum

4 hours of on-field activity

per day (can be split into two sessions). Match-specific drills based on European academy standards. Prepare the player for

trial-based assessments

in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Dubai, and other destinations.

B. Physical Fitness & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning routines (agility, speed, stamina, flexibility). Injury prevention exercises. Warm-up and cool-down routines. Weekly performance review and fitness scorecard.

C. Off-Field Development

Video analysis of the player's training sessions and match performance. Guidance on football IQ, positional awareness, decision-making. Mental conditioning, discipline building, and motivation. Support player during tournaments, friendly matches, and camps.

D. Travel & Support

Travel with the player to trials, camps, academies, and tournaments (India or Abroad). Assist in trial preparation, warm-ups, and communication with academy coaches.

3. Working Hours

Total Hours per Day:

6-8 hours 4 hours on-field training 2 hours gym/conditioning & recovery 1-2 hours video analysis, mentoring, planning Days per Week: 5-6 days, depending on the player's load.

4. Contract Duration

5. Compensation

A fixed monthly retainer (amount to be filled by you). Additional allowances for travel, if required. Performance-based incentives (optional).
